Message filters in Workspace Webmail allow you to set up rules that check your incoming messages and sort them, based on your criteria, into folders that you specify. Note: Set up auto purge to have Workspace automatically purge emails from specific email addresses () or domain names (). To remove email addresses or domains from the Allowed, Blocked, or Auto Purge list tab, select it, and then click Delete. To set messages in a folder to automatically be purged after a certain amount of time, right-click on the folder, and click Auto Purge. This will automatically delete emails after a set amount of time. You can right-click a folder and select auto-purge to set it up. To purge all messages in a folder, right-click on the folder, and click Purge Messages. There is an auto-purge feature in Workspace email.To delete an email, select or open the email, and click Delete.Log in to your Workspace Email account, open your product ( Need help logging in?) and do the following:.To purge the selected emails, click More then choose Purge message(s) from the drop-down menu.To delete the selected emails, click the Delete icon. ![]()
